We are Renske and Huib and we live in Minnertsga, a small village in the north-west of the Netherlands, together with our dog Flaco and our cats. Earlier we had Persian cats, but after they passed away we decided to search for another breed. We got attracted by the natural looks of the Norwegian Forest Cat and in 2000 our first Norwegian Noortje entered our lives. Since then we fell in love with the beautiful Norwegian Forest Cat and the NFO-virus got a hold on us.

At the moment we are the proud owners of seven Norwegian Forest Cats, three of them are happy neuters, two  of them are fertile female cats and since last summer we decided to keep a male cat out of our last litter who will hopefully give us some nice kittens in the near future! This summer our new female youngster S*Just Catnap's Emmerdale entered our home and cattery.

We are a small cattery, we have kittens only once or two times a year. Our breeding cats are free for FelV and FIV and will be tested on HCM/PKD.
Every now and then we like to go to catshows, but only with the cats who don't mind to travel and like to show themselves at the shows. We are member of Felikat and kittens of our cattery will be registrated in the registers of this cat club. We're also member of the NBK'85, the only NFO-club in Holland that is member of FIFe.
